Returns
At Avenoir Secret, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The product must be in the same condition as received
Proof of purchase or order number is required
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
We will arrange:
A replacement, or
A full refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened skincare or cosmetic products
Used products
Gift cards or promotional items
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
